Kamal Gill, BSc, is the founder of VegHeads and a gut health transformation expert with over two decades of experience in the wellness industry. As a fully certified Pilates instructor and wellness coach, Kamal has helped thousands of people reclaim their digestive wellness using Ayurvedic principles.

After healing her own gut issues that contributed to depression and trauma, Kamal dedicated her life to helping others discover the power of personalized nutrition. With her BSc background, specialized studies at Cornell and Harvard, combined with her Indian heritage's Ayurvedic wisdom, she's developed a unique approach that merges ancient knowledge with modern nutritional science.

Through her extensive travels across the Far East, North, and South, Kamal has deepened her understanding of traditional healing practices and diverse approaches to wellness. Her 20 years in wellness and movement therapy, combined with these global experiences, give her a unique perspective on the intricate connection between body, mind, and digestive health.

Her Pilates training brings a deep understanding of how physical alignment and breathing patterns affect digestion, while her coaching expertise helps clients create lasting lifestyle transformations.
